Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the executive staff in the day-to-day running of our company.
The ideal applicant should have excellent organizational skills as well as superb communication and interpersonal abilities. They must be able to multitask and prioritize their workload, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and of high quality. The successful candidate should also have good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls and emails from clients or other departments
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
• Managing calendars
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Handling travel arrangements
• Maintaining filing systems both physical and digital
• Updating records in databases
• Ordering supplies when needed
• Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents
The successful applicant should have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year's experience working in a similar role. We are willing to consider immigrants provided they can demonstrate their ability to live and work legally in Abu Dhabi. We are also open to considering applicants with no experience who possess the right skill set for this role. The salary for this position is 1700 per month.
