Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team in order to ensure that all daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have great organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Organize meetings, conferences and other events as requested
• Maintain an updated filing system of paper documents as well as electronic records
• Answer phone calls, emails and other correspondence promptly
• Prepare presentations or reports in response to customer requests or company requirements
• Manage calendar events such as staff meetings or travel arrangements
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Process billing information accurately
• Provide general administrative support to the team when needed
Skills Required
• Proven experience working as a Secretary or similar role in an office setting
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English (Arabic considered an advantage)
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as copiers and scanners
