We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff in the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. This will include filing, photocopying and scanning documents as well as data entry and other administrative duties. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good customer service skills
