Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
The company is looking for an Office Assistant to work in its Abu-Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should be well organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn new tasks and technologies.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask and manage time efficiently. The Office Assistant must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
The successful candidate will be required to perform a variety of office duties including filing, data entry, answering phones, greeting visitors, and organizing meetings and events. They will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the team by running errands, ordering supplies, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
We are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office setting who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Previous experience working with computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required. The successful candidate should also possess a valid UAE driver’s license if needed for errands or other tasks during their employment period.
This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
