We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires a minimum salary of 1700 and we are open to considering applicants from abroad. No prior experience is required for this position.
The ideal candidate for this role should be organized and detail-oriented with a natural affinity for problem solving. They should have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant include: managing administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, drafting reports, organizing meetings and scheduling appointments; providing support to the office by answering phone calls, greeting visitors; data entry; ensuring accuracy of information; and general office management duties as assigned.
The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. They must also be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
