Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an office assistant in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks. They should also be able to work independently and think outside the box.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including sorting and filing documents, answering phones, scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies. They will also be expected to assist with other general office duties such as data entry and record keeping.
The ideal candidate must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. They must also be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Experience in customer service is an asset.
We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month for this position, with potential for further development within our company. We are happy to consider foreign applicants with no experience as we offer extensive training upon commencement of employment.
