Merchandiser – Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Merchandising. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Merchandise Department.
The ideal candidate should have:
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field;
• At least one year of experience in Merchandising;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working with foreign clients is preferred but not required.
The job role involves:
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to increase sales revenue;
• Negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive prices while maintaining quality standards;
• Managing relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders;
• Crafting promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, adverts, etc.; • Analysing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
