Merchandiser in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for a motivated and experienced merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail sector. A degree in business or marketing is desirable but not essential. A valid UAE driver's license is also required.

The role of the Merchandiser is to promote and manage the selling of products and services within the organisation. The successful applicant will be responsible for presenting product ranges, negotiating with buyers, understanding customer needs and working with sales teams to develop promotional activities aimed at increasing sales and market share.

The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills; be able to work independently with minimal supervision; understand pricing structures; identify customer needs; manage stock levels; formulate promotions; be able to analyse sales data; and possess knowledge of current market trends.

An attractive salary package of AED 1,300 per month is offered for this position. We are open to considering a foreign candidate for this role if their skillset meets our requirements.
