Khalifah A City seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-paced team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional interested in managing projects in a rapidly growing city.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of projects, as well as tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders. The Project Manager will be expected to prioritize tasks, coordinate with other departments, manage budgets, track timelines and deadlines, review project specifications and deliverables, develop project plans and strategies, ensure compliance with established procedures and protocols, conduct quality assurance checks, provide training sessions as required and provide regular updates on progress.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a degree in Project Management or equivalent field of study. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management is preferred but not required. In addition, applicants should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; the ability to work independently or within a team environment; strong organizational skills; excellent problem-solving skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks successfully; the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines; strong attention to detail; knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards; knowledge of Lean methodology/Six Sigma principles is an asset.
