Office Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Zayed City. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on providing a high level of customer service.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, making appointments, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be expected to assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies, creating documents and coordinating travel arrangements.
The successful candidate should have good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). They should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. A professional demeanor is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not necessary
