Office Assistant Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The Office Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager and will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the office staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Greet visitors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Answer phone calls in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to the office staff
• Maintain filing system and ensure accuracy of records
• Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing events
• Order supplies as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least two years of experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
