Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
This position requires someone who is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and communicate effectively with all levels of staff. An ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, as well as be an excellent problem solver who is able to take initiative and think critically.
The Secretary’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling appointments and meetings, taking minutes at meetings, handling incoming calls and emails from clients, maintaining office records and filing systems, assisting with the preparation of documents for client meetings or reports, managing office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies when needed. The successful applicant will also be required to provide administrative support such as typing documents or creating presentations in PowerPoint.
