Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Doha. This position requires someone who is committed to providing excellent administrative support and customer service.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate with experience of MS Office is essential, as is excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
As a Secretary, the individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure that all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. This includes managing emails, taking phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, filing documents, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining databases and updating information on the company's intranet. The individual must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (both written & oral). Being able to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures is also a must. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team is also important for this role.
