Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently is essential as the position requires a great deal of self-initiative.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred;
• At least 2 years of administrative experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
• Outstanding organizational skills with an eye for detail;
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs and systems;
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude.
The role requires the individual to be hardworking, reliable, and flexible as duties may vary from day-to-day. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, creating reports, managing databases and filing paperwork. Additionally, they will serve as the first point of contact for customers or clients visiting the office.
The salary for this position is 1300 AED per month. We are also open to considering international applicants for this role if they meet all the requirements listed above.
