This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Abu-Dhabi. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can support us with day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1000 and we are happy to consider a foreigner for the role.

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support services to ensure efficient operation of the organization. This position requires working closely with other departments while handling a wide range of administrative tasks and activities. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, copying, scanning and other related duties
• Handle phone calls, emails and other forms of communication to respond to inquiries and provide information
• Maintain organized records of all correspondence and documents
• Assist in organizing meetings, conferences and events
• Prepare reports by collecting information from various sources
• Perform research on topics related to the organization’s operations
• Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking of expenses
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies

Qualifications & Knowledge:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate’s degree is a plus
• At least one year experience in an administrative role; however, we are willing to consider applicants without prior experience as well
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as other softwares such as Google Drive/Docs or Dropbox • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Outstanding communication (verbal & written) skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Exceptional customer service orientation • Strong problem solving skills • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
