Administrative Assistant Position
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and helping to ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct telephone calls, take messages, and provide general information to clients
• Greet visitors in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person/office
• Maintain up-to-date filing systems, both hard copy and electronic
• Prepare correspondence such as letters, emails or faxes using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Schedule appointments or meetings as requested by the staff
• Take minutes of meetings as required by the staff
• Provide support with various clerical tasks such as photocopying or scanning documents
• Monitor office supplies inventory levels, order supplies as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Must have a University degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working in an administrative role
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel Power Point), Google Docs etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Must be able to work well under pressure • We are ready to consider an immigrant Salary: 1400 AED per month
