Administrative Assistant Position - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide support to the management team and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including arranging meetings, organizing documents, preparing reports, etc.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Maintain records of office activities and update databases accordingly.
• Liaise with external contacts such as suppliers, customers, etc.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order items as needed.
• Prepare documents for submission to government departments or other organizations.
• Assist with other tasks related to general office management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form, including excellent command of English language (Arabic language knowledge is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
We offer a competitive salary of 1500 per month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage and paid leave days that are applicable after probation period has been completed successfully.
