Office Manager – Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall office operations, providing administrative support and ensuring high levels of customer service. Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, answering phones and emails
• Manage office supplies inventory and order new items as necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners and photocopiers
• Handle confidential documents in a secure manner
• Assist with onboarding new staff members by providing orientation materials
Qualifications:
• Proven experience working in an administrative position
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
