Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our company is a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will be able to keep up with the demands of the job.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our departments, including answering phones, preparing documents, maintaining records, and scheduling appointments or meetings. Additionally, they will be the point of contact for any external vendors or clients who visit or call the office.
The ideal Administrative Assistant should have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a must. Attention to detail is paramount in this role as accuracy is key in all tasks undertaken. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to manage their own workload with minimal supervision.
Additional qualifications include:
