Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative, organizational, and secretarial support to all departments. The successful candidate should be able to manage daily operations with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and operational support to the organization
• Monitor incoming mail and emails
• Manage filing systems and databases
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other projects as needed
• Prepare documents for internal meetings or external events
• Schedule appointments, book venues, make travel arrangements, etc.
• Track expenses using appropriate software systems
• Liaise with external vendors when necessary
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively while under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
