We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of office operations.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks in an ever changing environment
Duties of the Position:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. This includes but is not limited to: preparing documents, scheduling meetings, managing office supply inventory, tracking expenses, managing calendars, answering phones, filing records and providing customer service. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. They should also have superior interpersonal communication abilities as well as strong problem solving abilities. Additionally the ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm is preferred.
