Office manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with detail.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines, printers etc.)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• A valid passport is required for this role as it requires the person to travel between other offices in the UAE occasionally.
