Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager for our branch in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the office, including supervising staff, managing financial tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This includes managing employees, overseeing financial tasks, and maintaining customer service standards. Specific duties include:
• Supervising staff by delegating tasks, providing feedback, writing performance reviews, and resolving conflicts
• Maintaining accurate financial records by preparing invoices and tracking payments
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Developing processes to increase efficiency in the office
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assisting with special projects as needed
Requirements & Duties
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs such as QuickBooks or Excel
• Ability to make decisions independently while understanding when to seek advice from senior management on complex matters
• High level of integrity with a commitment to confidentiality
