Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. You will report to the Manager and work closely with the team in order to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the Manager with day-to-day operations;
• Prepare reports, presentations, letters and other documents;
• Maintain filing systems;
• Provide administrative assistance as needed;
• Handle phone calls and answer emails;
• Ensure deadlines are met;
• Manage office supplies inventory.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
