Office manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The Office Manager will oversee administrative staff, manage office budgets, and ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked. They will be required to collaborate with other team members to provide support for various projects. The Office Manager must also have excellent communication skills as they will be dealing with both internal staff and external clients.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in managing administrative staff
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to deal with confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position and offer a salary of 1200 AED per month.
