We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan and help us with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. We are open to hiring an immigrant with no prior experience in this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, such as organizing and maintaining filing systems, answering phone calls and responding to emails, and providing administrative support to our staff members. They will also be tasked with ordering supplies, reviewing invoices and contracts, completing data entry tasks, managing calendars, and other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills as well as strong organizational abilities. A high level of accuracy is also required for this position. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has the ability to work independently without supervision.
