We are searching for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from within the private sector. They must be well organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous.
As the Secretary, you will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, providing general administrative support to the staff and maintaining accurate filing systems. You will also be expected to take on other tasks as requested by management.
In return we can offer a salary of 1600 per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance and vacation allowance.
