Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and hardworking individual who is eager to learn and progress within the company.
The successful candidate must be organized, professional, and able to multitask. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including organizing meetings and taking notes. They should also be able to provide support with other tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails or telephone calls.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also possess a good level of computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It is essential that they have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills who is able to manage their time effectively in order to meet deadlines. The role requires someone with enthusiasm and initiative who can quickly adapt to different situations. An understanding of customer service is also desirable as the successful candidate may be required to respond directly to customer queries or complaints.
In addition, the successful candidate must be eligible for work in Abu-Dhabi and ideally have experience working within an international environment or have knowledge of another language (Arabic would be beneficial). We are also ready to consider applications from immigrants who are eligible for employment in Abu-Dhabi.
The position offers a salary of 1000 per month plus benefits depending on experience level.
