Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Freelancer to work in our Abu-Dhabi offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of services to our customers, including administrative support, data entry, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team and other departments within the company.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports and documents as needed.
• Perform data entry duties, such as entering information into spreadsheets or databases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time.
• Monitor daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency.
• Follow up on customer orders or requests in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Freelancer or similar role
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to complete tasks within deadlines set by management • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an asset • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary • Must be willing to relocate if necessary • Willingness to consider immigrants is an asset
