Job Description:
The position of Secretary is a pivotal role in our Doha office, requiring the successful candidate to provide key administrative and organizational support to the team. Our ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Secretary will be responsible for maintaining an efficient day-to-day office operations while providing administrative support to the team. They will be expected to handle all incoming calls, maintain filing systems, organize documents, manage calendars and appointments and ensure that office supplies are properly stocked. In addition, they will be required to manage email correspondence with clients and other stakeholders as well as prepare presentations for meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the administrative field. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. The successful candidate should also have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, good written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory). Furthermore, knowledge of basic computer programs such as MS Office Suite is essential for this role. Lastly, we are happy to consider applicants who are immigrants.
