We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, managing communication, and executing special projects.
Job Description
The Secretary’s primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient functioning of the office by providing administrative support. This includes performing clerical tasks such as taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, drafting emails, organizing files, and completing other tasks as necessary. The Secretary must also be prepared to provide assistance to other departments as needed, such as helping with customer service issues or taking on special projects. Additionally, the Secretary will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing correspondence is properly handled and responded to in a timely manner.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. They must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally with clients and colleagues alike. A minimum of two years of experience in a secretary role is required; knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel is also preferred. Fluency in English is essential for this position.
