Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a variety of areas, including record keeping, filing, correspondence, scheduling and calendar management. They will also be expected to greet visitors and provide customer service when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, organizing meetings and managing incoming calls
• Prepare electronic documents such as presentations, spreadsheets, reports and other correspondence as requested
• Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records of all documents
• Write letters, memos and emails on behalf of the team
• Greet visitors or clients in the office
• Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
• Assist with travel arrangements when necessary
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required
• Excellent English language skills both written and verbal is essential
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is preferred
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
