Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a variety of areas, including record keeping, filing, correspondence, scheduling and calendar management. They will also be expected to greet visitors and provide customer service when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, organizing meetings and managing incoming calls
β’ Prepare electronic documents such as presentations, spreadsheets, reports and other correspondence as requested
β’ Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records of all documents
β’ Write letters, memos and emails on behalf of the team
β’ Greet visitors or clients in the office
β’ Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
β’ Assist with travel arrangements when necessary
β’ Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
β’ At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required
β’ Excellent English language skills both written and verbal is essential
β’ Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is preferred
β’ Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
