Job Summary
Ajman-based company is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, tax calculations, and financial reporting. They must have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret data quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Needs for the Candidate
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting role, preferably in a medium or large business. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required as well as knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Candidates must also be familiar with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or Peachtree. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. The ideal candidate should be highly organized with strong attention to detail and great problem-solving skills. They must also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English is required for this role.
