The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, tracking expenses and income, and preparing reports for the organization. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.

As part of the job, the Accountant will:
• Prepare financial statements, invoices and other documents related to accounts payable/receivable
• Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
• Audit internal processes related to finance
• Prepare reports on budget performance
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Develop strategies to improve cost-effectiveness

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience working with accounting software (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
