We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, as well as developing and implementing plans for growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the local business environment. They should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The primary duties of a Business Manager include: developing strategies to achieve organizational objectives; creating and implementing plans to promote the business; researching potential markets; overseeing financial operations; monitoring customer service satisfaction; analyzing data, trends, and opportunities; and evaluating performance metrics. Additional duties may include staff recruitment and training, budgeting, identifying new opportunities for growth, and developing relationships with vendors or partners.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 QAR per month along with other benefits such as health insurance and vacation time. We are also open to considering applicants who are interested in working on an immigrant/visa basis.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; experience in business development or operations management; strong knowledge of local markets; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent problem-solving skills; knowledge of local regulations related to businesses; and excellent organizational skills.
