Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing administrative and operational support to the office staff and be able to work independently.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, including filing and organizing paperwork, data entry, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and making travel arrangements. Other duties may include assisting with other tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have strong communication skills (oral and written) as well as computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet the qualifications of this position.
