Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of office operations, including filing systems, document management and customer service. The position requires excellent computer skills and a real passion for technology. The successful candidate must be reliable, hardworking and willing to take on any task assigned to them.
The main responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include answering phones, responding to emails and queries, filing documents correctly and maintaining an up-to-date filing system, collecting and sorting mail, monitoring office supplies, booking meetings or conference rooms when necessary, ordering supplies when needed and maintaining the general tidiness of the office.
The successful candidate should have at least basic work experience in an office environment; immigrants are welcome to apply. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month.
