Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a talented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multitask. We are ready to consider applicants from abroad who meet the job requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, taking care of office operations and carrying out various tasks such as organizing meetings, booking travel arrangements, filing documents, and responding to emails. They should also be able to handle incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
The Office Assistant should have a minimum of two years’ experience in administration or similar roles. It is essential that they have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. Knowledge of QuickBooks software would be an advantage. The successful candidate must also possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
