Merchandiser Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service while managing inventory, developing sales plans, and managing promotions. You will also be responsible for tracking sales statistics and creating reports to analyze market trends.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the local market is essential for success in this role. We are looking for someone who is organized and can manage multiple tasks effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Creating marketing campaigns to promote products
• Negotiating prices with suppliers
• Keeping accurate records of inventory levels
• Generating reports on sales performance
• Implementing promotional strategies
• Managing store layouts to maximize product visibility
• Ensuring all store displays are attractive and up-to-date
• Identifying areas where additional products could increase sales
• Keeping up with customer trends and preferences

To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of retail operations and marketing principles. You should also have experience working with local vendors and suppliers, as well as a good understanding of the local market and customer needs. A college degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential. We are also willing to consider applications from foreigners for this position. This job offers a competitive salary of 1400 per month plus benefits.
