Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional office environment and be able to handle a variety of tasks. The primary responsibility of the Office Assistant is to provide administrative support for staff, manage office supplies, and perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently. They should also be able to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable multitasking.
The Office Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager and must possess the following qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with office equipment such as printers and copiers
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. Salary is negotiable depending on experience level but starts at 1500 AED per month.
