Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be reliable and have excellent organizational skills.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. The Office Assistant must be able to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files and folders, managing the office budget and ordering office supplies.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They should also be organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once. A knowledge of basic bookkeeping would also be beneficial.
The salary offered is 1100 AED per month and we are open to considering foreign applicants for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with minimal work experience who is looking to gain valuable experience in an administrative role.
