The Office Assistant will work closely with the management team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office records; filing, photocopying and scanning documents; answering phones; greeting visitors; and general office duties as required. The Office Assistant will also help with data entry, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies and other office tasks as needed.
