We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and have the ability to work independently. The role requires excellent organizational, multitasking and problem solving skills.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for organizing and managing office operations, including but not limited to answering phone calls, replying to emails, managing filing systems, maintaining databases and coordinating events. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support such as preparing presentations, handling mail and ordering supplies. Additionally, the Office Assistant should have a professional demeanor when dealing with customers and other personnel in the office.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelorās degree in Business or any relevant field with a minimum of 2 yearsā experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role. Previous experience working with a multicultural team is preferred. A valid work permit for Abu-Dhabi is required for this position and we are willing to consider candidates who are immigrants from other countries.
