We are in search of an organized, experienced Office Assistant for our growing business in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant work experience and be capable of providing the highest levels of customer service. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Office Assistant include, but are not limited to: managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, processing mail and other similar tasks; organizing office supplies; performing data entry; supporting managers as needed; providing customer service; and helping with special projects when required.
The successful candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally they should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
In exchange for their hard work our Office Assistant will receive a competitive salary of 900 AED/month along with an array of benefits such as medical coverage and 3 weeks annual leave per year.
