We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience as an Office Assistant, and be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. Our Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office, including filing, data entry, answering phones and emails, managing mail and other correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining records, and other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. They must be able to prioritize tasks quickly with a customer-focused attitude. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also essential. The ability to communicate in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous but not necessary.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month. We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates who meet the requirements outlined above.
