Office assistant in Bani Yas City, UAE
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as you will be managing administrative duties, data entry, and reception. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personnel in a professional environment. The successful applicant will receive a salary of 1600 AED per month.
Responsibilities
• Welcoming visitors in a professional manner
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Maintaining the office’s inventory of supplies
• Coordinating with other departments for office needs
• Assisting in the preparation of meetings or events
• Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information
• Scheduling meetings and appointments when necessary
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
