We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the display and promotion of products in stores, as well as developing new strategies to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of retail processes and customer service. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

The main duties and responsibilities of a Merchandiser include:
• Planning promotional campaigns such as discounts, contests, and other events
• Arranging product displays at store level
• Coordinating with suppliers to make sure that stock levels are maintained throughout the season
• Building relationships with customers
• Analyzing data related to sales performance
• Making sure that the company’s products are visible in stores
• Tracking inventory levels and ordering new stock when necessary.

The successful applicant should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Previous experience in merchandising is preferred but not essential. The applicant must also be prepared to work flexible hours and have the ability to travel when necessary. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month plus benefits.
