Executive Chef in El-Fujairah, UAE
El-Fujairah is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and oversee the kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing menus, maintaining high standards of food quality, supervising staff and ensuring that the kitchen runs efficiently.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. A qualification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure is essential.
The Executive Chef will be expected to develop menus that reflect local taste as well as international cuisine, and ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance with safety regulations. He/She must have a good understanding of food cost control methods, stock control procedures and hygiene standards. Additionally, the Executive Chef should be able to train, motivate and mentor kitchen staff while ensuring that they adhere to health & safety protocols.
