We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Bani Yas City. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in the specialty coffee industry, with a strong focus on creating great cup of coffee.

We expect the candidate to have excellent knowledge of coffee recipes and preparation techniques, including understanding the differences between types of beans and grinders. Additionally, we are looking for someone with the ability to work independently and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

The position offers a salary of 1600 per month, along with other benefits such as discounts on products and services, flexible working hours and paid vacation days.

The position requires the successful applicant to: prepare drinks according to customers’ orders; maintain cleanliness standards in the bar area; manage stock levels effectively; provide excellent customer service at all times; have knowledge of brewing techniques; keep up to date with specialty coffee trends; ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order; assist in setting up events when needed; assist customers in choosing beverages that best suit their needs.
