Key Responsibilities:
• Plan effective lessons that engage and motivate students
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in accordance with curriculum guidelines
• Monitor student performance, provide feedback and assess progress regularly
• Create positive relationships with students by providing support and guidance throughout their learning journey
• Facilitate interactive discussions to encourage critical thinking
• Encourage creative thinking among students through various strategies such as brainstorming, problem-solving activities etc.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance register, grades etc.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Professional Teaching Qualification (PGCE/QTS) is desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of current educational theories and practices
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to motivate students in a collaborative learning environment
